I offer one-on-one Pilates sessions using reformer, chair, Cadillac, and mat Pilates to help you move with greater awareness, strength, and intention. My sessions focus on building strength, mobility, balance, and confidence while fostering a deeper connection to your body and movement.
My own Pilates journey began as a way to slow down, reconnect with my body, and create space for mindful movement. The way it helped me feel more energized, grounded, and balanced is what inspired me to share this practice with others.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, I aim to create a supportive space where you can explore movement, find your own “why,” and experience the healing benefits of moving with intention.
*Please note that non-clinical Pilates sessions are not eligible for direct billing.
