I’m a licensed and registered physiotherapist with the College of Health Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC), Canada, with over 7 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live without pain.
My passion lies in providing personalized, movement-based care tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I specialize in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular focus on neck pain, TMJ, shoulder and knee injuries, as well as post-operative rehabilitation.
I’ve also completed a 6-month Clinical Pilates training program with Club Pilates, which has deepened my commitment to integrating Pilates principles into physiotherapy. I love using Clinical Pilates as a powerful tool to help patients build strength, improve mobility, and create lasting change in how their bodies move and feel.
Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or striving to enhance your physical performance, my approach combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, Pilates-based movement, postural correction, and patient education to support your recovery and help you thrive.
